Hello, I am trying to replace my ignition switch. I have already removed the ignition by putting it in ACC and all pressing the button on top. My problem now is how to get the rest of it off to replace the ignition switch that's connected behind it.
Do I have to remove the bigger bolt that is connected to the whole steering rack and then it slides off?

 

What year LS are you working on? I just dropped the column to get access to the switch.
