hey guys so i have a 1993 lexus ls400 and earlier i was driving like normal and i got to where i needed to so i turned off my car and a couple minutes later i turned it back on because i was gonna move and when i turned it on it revved up to around 1.5k rpm and i was like what the so i checked my throttle cable because ive had an issue where it got stuck open so i thought it was that but it wasn’t so i was kinda stumped

so i went to turn it on again and it made some sort of weird noise im sure and i thought it had sucked something into the intake so i checked all that and everything seemed to be fine so i didn’t really know what was wrong with it and i reversed out but when i put it in drive it didnt wanna move at all so i gave it gas to around 2.5k and it barely started moving

so i parked again and tried to a diagnosis with a paper clip since these don’t have obd2 yet and my CEL wasn’t flashing the way it should and i’ve done it before so i know it works but this time it didn’t so i tried the inside and the one in the engine but no flashing nothing.

so i talked to my homies to see if they would know and one said to disconnect my maf sensor and see if it doesn’t anything so i did that then turned it on and it still idled really bad (around 500rpm) so then i pulled 3 spark plugs and they all had black tips and some oil around the threads but does anyone know what could maybe be the issue or anything i should check??
