P0150 question
Just got 2 codes for bank 2 sensor 1. From what I see/read the sensor is on the passenger side (cylinder 1 is on the driver's side) mounted on the exhaust piping accessible from the engine bay. However the end of the wiring connector is in the interior of the car under the carpeting on the passenger side. Is my understanding correct? Seems odd to mount the connector inside the car but that is what I see written. I replaced the sensor on my wife's Sienna and it was much more straightforward then this to do. I have the O2 sensor socket which I assume is standard - one size fits all. Any assistance is appreciated. For now I reset the code but I suspect it will be back.
iirc, the upstream sensor (which the P0150 is pointing to) should have a connector on the "outside". the downstream sensor (after the cat) is the one going into the cabin.
likely the same socket used on the sienna will fit the LS.
