Default Replacing Struts on 2nd gen LS

Anybody know how involved it is to replace the rear struts on a 2nd gen LS-400? I purchased new OEM for both the front and rear. The fronts look fairly straightforward. However, the rears appear to be more involved. Your comments are appreciated.

The rear is easier than the front you just need to remove back seat to unbolt the upper strut mounts and then the bottom bolt and pull the spring and strut through the top of A- arm.
