1998 Engine ECU bricked
Hi, first things first, english is not my first language. Please don't get too hard on me.
I confused the engine and abs plugs and bricked the engine ecu. Fuses from ign and starter popping off.
I got an LHD EUDM model. Does anyone knows if could use UK EUDM ECU?!
@Yamae MAYBE?

Sorry that I have no idea to answer your question. Even if it's OK to use the UK one, the immobilizer issue will be there.
What are the current symptoms and the error codes? You need to use a code scanner which can handle Toyota K-Line bus protocol system though. Non North American models are not fully compatible with the OBD2 system. Those use almost the same error codes but the communication protocol is different and the American OBD2 scanner is useless.

Immobilizer is not a problem. I got a full spare car.
Couldn't find any wiring diagrams and I'm not sure if i should just try. Don't wanna brick another ecu even when it's connected correctly😅
