Question regarding ls400 vs celsior
Celsior's head lights are designed for the RHD and the cut line is like this below in this link. The left side goes up and it's not good to use at LHD countries. The driver on the other side will be blinded if used in LHD countries.

correct, celsior are mainly seen in RHD countries, with the "flare" to the left to light up sidewalks and curb signs.
however LS400 have RHD and LHD models around the world. case in point, in australia which is RHD, they have the LS400 out there!
but, i have japanese RHD headlights on my honda stateside and it's not too bad - then again i'm not driving toward my own car
to notice any glare.

Like others have said, the beam aim will be different for LHD and RHD. I would keep the LHD beam pattern if possible.
