So I recently just bought an LS400 (180k miles) and the radio does not work. I checked the fuses and they were good, Radio NO. 1 (good) Radio NO. 2 (good) The radio turns on and off/ antenna goes up and down/ cassette player turns but no sound is coming out & just shows this on the screen. Any help?

 

The radio needs to be repaired or replaced. I would opt for the former.
