I got a set and one was dark blue/purple - the other one was light blue.
I showed him pictures and asked if he could do anything for me - no dice.

I'm kinda disappointed also. One side has 3 led's that are out already after a few months. I wouldn't mind so much but it's a beotch to change the clearance lights on the G. Anyone have any experience with the PIAA white LEDs?

Default Hrm...

Hrm - well thats not good.... hopefully i'll have better luck. Although at 8 bucks i cant really complain. I just spent $16 on single LED bulbs from a site recommended on the board....and they sucked the big ones. I could hardle tell that they were on. Hopefully i'll have better luck with these - at least i will have only wasted 8 instead of 16

I had a feeling there was going to be a catch. I got my 4 LED bulbs from: autodynamic.com. A couple of them did have an LED that went out...all I did was take it apart and solder back the broken connection...pretty simple process. Maybe you guys should try to do the same with yours?

Not that 'mechanically?' inclined and don't have the tools. Again, I don't mind that the bulbs are failing, its just the hassle of jacking up the car, going through the fender, etc. Call me lazy.

Hey, I'm a rookie now. Yee haw!

I too had the same problem with the 6 led bulbs from Chau. Im soo lazy every time 3 leds are out I throw on anothe one. It got to the point I said f#ck it. I went through 5 pairs. Now I just have clear wedge bulbs in my corners and inner headlights. I thought led are supposed to be high life. They go out faster than the plain wedge bulbs. I wish sombody would make good 6 led bulb and just charge 30 a pair. Atleast they way the would last atleast a year.

Seem to be the same ones that Autodynamic offers but for $3.50 more. But then again...what else would you expect from Lextasy?
