True HID's.........At Last!!!!!!!!!!!!

In your first reply, you stated HID to be based upon color, and you mentioned nothing about optics. If you had stated optics and not color as being such, I would have more readily agreed with you.
Perhaps I should have titled this thread differently- Genuine Phillips manufactured HID Ultinon bulbs and Phillips HID ballasts- Including retrofitted bulb base to fit 9006 stock Lexus housing? Perhaps I would have then not created so much controversey. Or, maybe it would not have mattered? There is a lot of controversey on HID-so probably would have happened anyway. Anyway, pics to come soon. Wonder how much controvrsey those will generate, LOL? rolleyes:
I just wanted to say that I did not purchase cheesey, HID knock-off bulbs or ballasts, especially the HID bulbs that are made in Taiwan with colored glass. I'm still researching optics- one of the many items next on my agenda in modding my SC to my version of the ultimate driving machine.
