Default How to install Hid Conversion Kit on 98 GS4?

First of all, i see that most ppl recommend Phillips brand. How about Hella? Or any off brands? Ebay seems to have some good prices.

How hard is it to convert our fog lights to the hid bulbs? Any recommendations, tips, tricks? Thanks

Hella is a good brand. I would consider them almost comparable to Philips brand.

As for install HID for the fogs....not too difficult....only issue is where to mount the ballasts.
