Default Headlight

Hey everybody. I was wondering I have a 2010 is250 and wanted to know if its headlights are hid or halogen. I'm thinking of buying a pair of spyder headlights but it says not compatible with factory hid. However I watched a YouTube video of a guy switching his hid with the halogen. Was pretty much a plug and play. Please help.

thankyou.

If the output is really blue and they move up and down on startup you have HIDs. If not you can't just buy an HID bulb and have it be plug and play. You need a ballast and you'll need to do some rewiring to make it work properly.
