Xenon Depot Return Policy
I bought a H11 HID Kit Xtreme HID 9 months ago. Last week the driver light went out, I assumed it was the bulb so I bought a pair for $90 from Xenon Depot. Yesterday I plugged in the new bulb and it still doesn't turn on which leads me to believe it's the ballast.
So my question is what exactly is the return policy and warranty on Xenon Depot products? From what I've read on their website you can only return items within the first 30 days? So if your ballast stops working two months after you have to buy a new one?
I would appreciate it if someone would answer this quickly as I don't want to spend money on a new ballast if I don't have to and can return the old one.
