Daytime Running(DRL) High Beam to LED

I search the post but still haven't found any relative solution. Doesn't anyone know what equitments are needed to keep both DRL/Hi beam with just one LED?

You need a pair of LED bulbs that will run on lower voltage. e.g. 6-8.

They are out there, but most sellers will not know whether they do or not.
