I have self-leveling HIDs on my '03 GS430, and after 13 years, it's time to replace them.
From the Lighting sticky, I know I have D2R bulbs. But is Philips the OEM manufacturer for these bulbs? I am certain these are the original bulbs, as neither the original owner nor I replaced them.
Pricewise, it seems like these are the best bang for the buck out there, and hopefully, because they are sold by Amazon, they are legit Philips, not the counterfeit variety.

Any of the OE choices (Philips, Osram/Sylvania, Koito, etc) are fine choices. It's just when you get into aftermarket bulbs that choices need to be considered.
Anyways, those are fine to order. Just be sure to order two. I'm sure Amazon's are real, but you never know.
Check the prices of Morimoto bulbs over on TheRetrofitSource. Replaced the OEM Osrams in my wife's old '08 TSX with their brand D2S'. Exact same performance without paying for the name on the bulb!
