Exclamation Headlight modifications: Need advice from electrical gurus!!!

I am getting my 06 is250 headlights retrofitted with s2000 projectors soon, and i was going to have switchback angel eyes installed too ( don't want to hear negativity )
SO my issue is i want everything to look GOOD. problem: the damn ugly *** yellow DRLs. How would the angel eyes be wired to always be on? i was thinking of getting the DRLs disabled and to just use the angel eyes as the DRLs. but I'm not sure what the angel eyes need to be spliced to to ensure they are always on. I basically want them to act like a BMW's angel eyes in terms of function. Always on without the halogen DRLs, I just still need the high beams to function obviously.
Wiring gurus help!

The easiest way to have you angel eyes always ON when the vehicle is running is to wire them thru a relay that will operate with the IGN ON connection.
Another, better way, is to wire them thru a non-factory made DRL module, which will turn them ON after few second the engine is running.
