The passengers side lowbeam headlight went out. Replaced thebbulb and it still didnt work. Checked the fuses and the 15amp fuse was blown. Replaced the fuse and it blew as soon as i turned the lights on. Any suggestions would be awesome.

 

Each individual headlight has its own ballast located underneath the unit. May have to remove the headlight unit from car, unscrew ballast compartment and check... maybe moisture shorted the ballast. Check the ballast functionality for that particular headlight.. Good luck
