My 95 SC400 stock needles have started pulsing, dimming, and cycling off and on. I switched out the cluster with two others; same or result. The needles all cycle evenly and together every 3-6 seconds. Sometimes they are fine. Sometimes they are all off. If I make a demand for power, like running the power windows, the needles light up while the motor is running. But not all power motors will light up the needles. The shifter will also make the needles light up temporarily when going from N to D. I also have a defective steering interlock at the ignition switch. May be related. Anyone have this issue? Troubleshooting advise?
