what led to replace HID fogs with.
I currently have (cant remember the type) HID lights retrofitted to the fogs on my LS430. (australian release so fogs are in the bumper) and am constantly getting flashed as they are rather blinding.
My question is what choice of LED bulb could i swap the HID's to. Theres so many to choose from and I dont want them to be blinding like the HID's.

G'day mate, fellow Aussie here :-)
I bought a pair of 9006 6000K LED bulbs for my fogs from eBay for about $60 shipped. They're pretty good for the price and definitely a notable upgrade from the stock yellowish halogen bulbs.
Two weeks later, I switched the LEDs to 6000K HID bulbs for the fogs. The HIDs are far superior in terms of light output and I've yet to be flashed by on-coming traffic.
Check out the comparison below:

I've installed V-LED's 9006 LED's on several cars and they look great and are very bright so I'd go that route. Some, well no fog housing are really designed for and HID bulb anyway.
