Angry headlight fogged up

Had a 1993 SC. The same headlight fogged up twice. They replaced it both times.

Now I have a 1998 GS. Both low beam headlight capsules have fogged up. I am still under the warranty. Should I get them replaced or will it just happen again?

Is there any way to dry them out and keep the moisture away? I have to drive over 100 miles to the nearest dealer.

yup they will replace it, but it will most likely happen again from what other members mentioned. too bad lexus hasn't solved the problem

Yeah, it has been going on since at least my 1993 SC. I guess they need to let some American engineer figure out the problem and then Lexus will determine a way to solve the problem cheaper than Detroit.

the only good thing so far is that i haven't seen a case of burnt out halogen or hid due to the moisture inside the housing. in fact that's a pretty funny thing to me
