How do you open silicone sealed housing?

How do you open silicone sealed housing?
Does anyone know how to crack open a housing that is held together with silicone glue?
I have opened many headlights and foglights before, but apparantly for the 2010 Lexus ISC they went with a silicone glue instead of the normal rubber glue they use on the headlights.
I tried baking it various temps but it doesnt seem to affect it.
