Default HID Gurus

What's up. I did a retro fit on my 98gs300 with 9006 V3 projectors. The projectors replaced the origninal 9006 halogen bulbs. For my first mod, I put in the HID housings from a gs400, but wanted more light, so I did a retro fit with the old halogen housings. Problem is, one of the HID bulbs keep turning brownish white. First I changed the bulb, no change. Then I changed the ballast. no change. Finally I put in a relay, still no change. WTF When I disconnect one of the headlights and just run one ballast and bulb, each headlight stays 6000k. If I turn them both on simulaneously, one is crap and the other is 6000k WTF!!! Funny thing is, the problem may alternate from one hid to another. when I had the stock system in there with the D1s bulbs, I had no problem. I really dont wanna go back......even with the uneven color, the Hid projectors put soooo much more light..... thx

so please explain your setup, as far as ballasts, bulbs, and wire harness,. It sounds like your wiring.

The problem has gone away. I guess I just didn't give the ballasts and bulbs enough time under load. I'm good!!
