Default Question re. HID for IS250

Hey, got a quick question...

I was on the DDM tuning website to order some HID's for my 2011 IS250, and was presented with the option to add 'HID Harness' and 'Error Eliminator' to the HID kit purchase.

Do I need these add-ons for my car? Does it make it safer to run these aftermarket HID's if i have these installed with it?

I've read some sources where some cars don't need these additional add-ons, but couldn't find a thread explicitly stating if whether or not we need them for the 2011 IS250.

If there are any specific add-ons that should be added, please let me know! Thanks!

I ran the DDM kit in my car for over a year without any issues.

I have heard great things about the DDM kit, but my original question still stands re. the add-ons...

Yeah, and I didn't have any of those add-ons.
