Default Which HID Kit?

Hi All,
I've purchased the newer style HID Headlights to install on my 99RX (non-hid). I'll be swapping out the old headlamps for these new ones (all chrome w/ green tint). I'm assuming I'll need to buy a HID Kit to power these babies, right?

The kits I've seen are "conversion" kits... made to install HID lights into regular headlamps... But the headlamp set I have already has HID bulbs and wiring. . .

Anybody have a solution? I know this is possible, but Lexus service has been no help....

Thanks,
Hando

Do you know what type of socket is in the new housings that you have?

I mean, what kind of bulb fits in that socket? Will a 9006 bulb fit in the socket where the HID bulb goes?

I checked it out and the HID bulb is in there but I'm not clear on what socket size it is... Anybody out there know?

All I have is the information you gave me previously... part number for that HID Bulb...

No standard bulb will fit into that HID headlight.. The reason the Conversion kits fit in the 9005,9004,9006, etc kits, is because the bulb was custom made for that application, but it won't go the other way. My suggestion is to find a wreaked rx WITH the HID's, and transfer.

on another note.. Did they ever make a SC with the HID''s from factory??
