Default D4S bulb to match HIDExtra 5000k kit?

I put an HIDExtra 5000k H11 kit in my IS350 fog lights, and im trying to find a bulb to match for my lowbeams. I ordered a set of ebay 5000k D4S bulbs, and when installed, they looked the same as factory, so i sent them back for 6000k bulbs, those werent much better. The HIDExtra 5000k bulbs actually have quite a bit of blue in them, and are extremely bright. The stock D4S bulbs are bright, but too white/almost yellow... I want a slightly bluer color, without losing much brightness. People have recommended Garax 6000k D4S bulbs, but say the output is greatly reduced. Without spending bank on a set of Ultinons.. what other options do i have?! Thanks!

Garax are nice bulbs. Any bulb higher than factory 4100K output will be slightly reduced.

Yea i know the lumen output is reduced the higher kelvin rating you go... but some bulbs are better than others. Im sure the Garax 6000k bulbs would more closely match the fogs that i have, but since they are 6000k and my fogs are 5000k, it'll never be perfect. Since HIDExtra doesnt make D4S bulbs, ill never get a perfect match.. just hoping for something close. I guess if i cant find anything else, i'll have to go with the Garax bulbs.

hey RTIS250! I have the opposite debate as you! I just installed my Garax on my 2011! but dont know which brand of fogs to get Even tho 6000k is suppose to lower your output, for me its not REALLY REALLY noticeable.. even tho its suppose to be about 15-20% reduced compared to 4100k?
Garax's do look pretty good with the 2011 but makes the LED strip look dim and a tad yellow -.-.. but once the garax is fully warmed it looks nice!

heres a pic with the garax 6000ks on my car. hopefully this can give you a clue :P and if you do get garax's tell me how they match your hid extra 5000ks! because Im in need of some fogs! been researching all kinds of brands.. but nothing to specific out there =\
