a dude named vince22 did and he posted pics. i'm pretty sure you've seen them in this thread
VLEDs has them very reasonably priced and i'm pretty sure that's where he got his. can't be too difficult to install.
ah yes! i knew i saw the somewhere just could find the thread.
I ordered a HID kit from xenondepot the other day so I want to install it all at once.
Do you think I should put a switch in the car to turn them on and off?

On and off switch depends on what you're going to use them for. As DRL, DRL/Turn Signals, use with low beams or with Fog lights? Personally, I like the idea of the light bar integrated with the DRL/Turn Signals. Additional visibility from the front when turn signals are on.
How would you go about hooking that up? Im sure the light bar is not a plug and play item and you would have to tie them in someplace
I ordered a LED light bar from V-LEDS a couple of months ago and they were small. I ended up installing them on my Acura. I'm thinking about using LED strip lights that emit the lights on the side. These are mounted by 3M tape already attached to to the lights. You can use wire splice taps to get power from the DRL:
