whag else would be need in the change over the lights work as they should except the turn signals they turn rapidly already changed the light relay box behind the antenna and still does the same did i miss a step?

 

Does the turn signal click rapidly on both sides? Maybe a loose connection can cause that if all your bulbs are working properly.

Also did u change the rear tail light harness? Or did u simply swap the physical light assembly itself?
