they just shut off! =(
so i was putting in some leds.
then decided to see if the leds i just bought would fit in the dome lighting.
i couldnt pry the stock bulbs out.. so i just grabbed my led and made contact with the stock bulb to see if the led would light up.. it did.
then all of a sudden all my ceiling lights just shut off and they wont turn on now! any idea what couldve happened?
the lights that DONT now work are: footwell, dome, rear passengar ceiling lights, vanity and trunk. everything else is fine.
help please!

u just helped me feel better lol
yeah i checked most fuses, one in the passenger side is blown, but idk if this one fuse could take care of everything?:
-vanity lights
-footwell lights
-trunk light
-radio
-clock
-rear passengar lights
-wireless remote (key to lock/unlock)
all the lighting would make sense to be fixed by one fuse, but radio, clock and key?

I think the radio, clock and key turn on when the parking lights go on. Did you try to turn on the parking lights to see if they do in fact light up (night time would be most ideal to turn on)? If they don't then it's got to be another fuse. Check the fuse labels on the cover to see what controls which fuse and test each fuse. Sometimes they look fine but are dead!

This thread is like 2 year old lol.
Most lexus have 4 or more fuse boxes, most likely the ones controlling interior lighting and accessories is in the front passenger and driver kick panels/foot well.
On a 2gs the dome fuse is in the passenger side kick panel....
