Exclamation Projection issues! HELP!!

Iv'e always switched out my headlight/foglight bulbs, angel eye inverters blablabla but I don't know wuts going on. I haven't noticed until recently that my cut-off for my D4S output is rediculously different on my left and right headlight (not the little slash cutoff that is (NORMAL). I have parked direct with a wall and backed up 20 feet-50 feet and only gets worse, my left sits straight and normal but my right tends to sit up another 12 INCHES and even more when I backup and backup..there's literally 2 slashes driving at night one is the left aiming straight and when i turn left it turns..then on the right the slash sits 1-2 feet or at times MORE higher and I look all the way up to see it when I turn right and it moves IN THE TREES lol. Maybe it's normal and i'm just going nuts but it's been getting to me the past week and I don't want to have to go to the stealership and have them hate me for angel eyes because they would say it's that when they see wiring...the motor seems fine, goes up and down when I startup and left and right when I turn, just seems to project higher on right, but like obnoxiously higher..I don't think bulbs matter, there's never been a LEFT bulb or RIGHT bulb and never had the problem before, I was going to try swapping the two tomorrow but wanted to see what u guys could figure out because I really can't think of anything if the bulbs work and the motors are fine..uyyy yuy yuuyyyy! here's a pic because I know pics say it all..its an iphone pic at night 20feet from a fence but you can see how the right is already higher not far back at all ahhhh!!!

I completely understand that..there's always that slash in the middle that proves the left is lower..but look at the pic, there is a slash on top AND a slash in the middle..it's like I have a headlight aiming up and a headlight aiming straight. it's usually ONE straight line across with a VERY SLIGHT slash in the middle..like looking closely the LEFT headlight is straight (LOOK AT FAR LEFT LIGHT OUTPUT) ..NOW look at (TOP RIGHT OUTPUT)..there is that LITTLE slash BUT it is like a foot higher than the left which you looked at first..I know I cant be going crazy.
