I am seeing more and more of these little hidden bulbs at the corner or bottom of reflector bowls for DRL's and High Beams. How exactly are you guys installing these? They look sweet. I would love to have some bluish ones.

I have 2005 ES HID Headlights. (High beam is halogen, which is the DRL as well) So Could I possible stick some in it?

 

Of course you can put some T10-Wedge bulbs inside your headlight. Having a LED high beam won't be as bright as your halogen, but it'll look pretty and wouldn't matter if you don't use your high beams...
