Put very well.. I bought a set of these for my license plate (through V-led)... I dont like them 
they gave a narrow beam and would need another one between the 2 to light the whole plate. As you can see in Crispy's pictures, there is a void of black in between the lights output. As said above, if they are used for an area where spread isnt an issue.... good deal.

You should look at your spread with regular halogen bulbs. There will be a void.

I ordered a pair of these and they are very bright. The color is very similar to wardens 1w led. I would say the output is about twice as much light.
I also believe this is what they look like in person. Chrispy did tell me that one of his burned out, but his connector may be the problem.
I think I will use these for the interior as well.
