Default OEM Xenon Ballast

I have a pair of retro headlights Ive been waiting to install on my GS due to the fact that I dont know if the OEM ballast that come with the E46 bi-xenon headlights are waterproof. I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy some waterproof ballast that will work with the OEM D2S bulbs that I have. I checked Xenondepot and I found this http://www.kbcarstuff.com/Philips_LV...p/pblvq212.htm
But it looks like it has the igniter built in and I dont know if itll work. The E46 ballast and igniter are seperate and Im not sure they will work. Anyone know, or know of some that will work, Ive been wanting to put my new headlights on the car.

I am sure you would be fine using them. They came OEM from the BMW.

Yeah, they came on the BMW, but they were underneath the headlight, bolted to the headlight, tucked away from any water. I talked to the shop foreman at the BMW dealership and he said they arent waterproof, so I dont want to have a short when Im driving home one day, and I heard its not good to keep that kinda stuff in a plastic bag.

Potted Denso's work quite well if you want to stay OEM & waterproof.
