SC300 headlight bulbs

I have a 99sc and i want to change the lightbulbs b/c, the ones in there at night are dim and just plain ugly. What kind of bulbs should i get and how do i get to them?

If you dont want to splurge on an HID kit, a pair of Sylvania Silverstars are quite nice. Had them on my car before I went HID.
