Default daytime lights

I have seeing alot of gs cars out there and i see the day time lights on at night. how is that possible is that only on the 2000 gs's and up. I like that alot how it looks any of you guys change that?. one more question since we are on the subject of lights I have a problem with my fog light staying on . I know i have a bad switch. is there a way to fix that.

It sounds like you are talking about the little wedge bulbs in the high beam housings since they should come on with your low-beams at night. They are 194 bulbs in the bottom inside corner of the high-beam housing, if they're not working on your car check the bulbs. You can replace them with a standard 194 bulb but if you have HID's a Polarg bulb or high-power LED would be a better match for the HID's, search or check the stickied thread on wedge bulbs at the top of this page for some more insight into this.
