Currently i have 4300k 85122+ in my low beams, and i wanted to go for hid fog lights, but am not sure what will give me the best match. I wanted to try to avoid rebasing the 85122+ and using them for the 9006 application, but is that the best way for a perfect match?
I know a couple of people on here have matching low/fog hid's, so what bulbs or kit do you use to match?
How good of a match would a 4300k 9006 kit be? I know the bulb will burn in after so many hours and start turning bluish, so what should i do?
Thanks.

How long have you been running your 85122 bulbs? As you probably know the bulbs colour shift over timeand can reach colour temperatures of up to 4700k once they fully colour shift.

Not exactly sure how long they've been used since i got them used but i was under the impression the 85122+ bulbs didnt color shift?

I apologize. I misread the "+" part. I would go with a 5000k kit to have a slight bluish tinge. You may find that the 4300k will be too white.
