Default HID Problem

I installed my 9006 5000k HIDs onto my fog light assembly, using the 9006 wiring harness. Upon installation, I noticed something very very ugly! Flickering! Not strobe light action, but when I use either blinker and turn off after couple of seconds, the HIDs flicker for a very quick second.

I really do not know how to fix. Maybe someone can help me please?

I installed the HIDs in my brothers' car for now -___-

The problem is worse when I'm driving.

get a harness and a relay, i think it's not receiving enough power...so its flickering upon startup...(that's what mine does, but doesn't bother me)

if it's flickering while it's on, check the bulb, might be going out.

I have the relay and wire harness. Bought the kit off of Mobilehid.com . The bulbs are brand new.

Upon installing to my brothers' car, the lights did not flicker. My only guess is that the ballasts weren't receiving enough power.

Figured out the problem. When I was installing the HIDs, I did not remove the negative terminal from the battery. Thus, creating a short to one(maybe more) of my fuses in my fuse/relay box. I have to replace these in order for my HIDs to run.
