Ok. I changed my HID bulb on my 2000 Lexus GS400. No problem other than some skinned knuckles. But..... now the when I turn on the vehicle the lights do the auto check (down, then up and they STAY up not going back down to the light up the ground). Leaving me with very little light on the ground in front of my car but great visibility on street lights and signs above the interstate.

I've tried adjusting them with the screw, making sure that the bubble is level removed the ECU fuse for 30 minutes. Still no joy. I'm sure it is something simple that I'm overlooking and I really don't want to get violated in my anus by the delearship for what I'm sure is a 2 minute fix. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
