Default Where can I get this bulb?

It's from my SNOW/POWER button on my GS. I found the pic from a Nissan link so it looks like its a general supplier to various car companies. I checked at AutoZone and on the web but can't seem to find it. A Toyota or Lexus dealer is my next stop but I thought I'd throw this out there hoping someone might have come across one of these.

The bulb and base is one unit that screws into the side of the casing. I don't want to retro fit anything. I can't find anything, led or fillament type bulb, that has this base. I can't just pull the the bulb out of the plastic base and replace it with something else because the wires go directly into the plastic base unit.

Thats called a Neo Wedge bulb. You have to measure the base to determine the correct one you need.
