Are there any options to get the cluster in the 2nd gen GS's a different color? I contacted Lextech but they said they can't do it and I've also searched and what I found was people suggesting Lextech. I guess thy used to do it but stopped. Anyway, I hate the green and want something different. There has to be something aside from swapping in a white cluster from another car because don't want to lose and have to recaliber my odometer.

 

You can looking for the surface mount LED and replace it to the OEM .
It is not hard at all but you have the make sure the right polar.

Wrong, there are not bulbs nor led's in the cluster. It's all high voltage cathodes in an EL type setup.

 

Can we disable the OEM( excluded the needles) and put the LED with resistor

 

Why mess with perfection I love my cluster my old fist gen gs cluster was a headache
