Default Interior lighting question

Has anyone changed the front vanity light to a lower wattage?

I'm referring to the light that's near the sunroof switch. Ever notice how bright that light is??? I'm nearly blinded by it especially at night!

So, I'm wondering if anyone has made the change to a lower wattage bulb and how difficult is it to do it yourself...

Thanks!

I actually prefer the brighter light. What would have been nice is if it had two separate lights (driver and passenger) rather than one big one.

its pretty easy... i didn't change my map lights yet, but i did changed my dome light, all you have to do is pop off the plastic covering what like whatever you can find to pry it off... Then you just take out the blub and switch... i changed mine to blue, so my dome interior light is blue =) hehhe

Default Mask

Take out the lens and put a "blocking" mask, aluminum foil, so the light does blind the driver but is available to the passenger.
