Hey guys. i decided to take some pics for those who are curious about how the Sylvania Silverstars match up with 5000k HID's. Here are pic of my Rav4 which has Silverstars in the low beams and Mculloch 5000k Hid's in the fogs. Hid's are much brighter than the photos depict, but the match well with the silverstars

Looks good Dash.. Looks like my fathers MDX lights.. I think his fogs maybe HID and there bright as hell.. Nice work..

 

Love the pics, looks awesome I didn't think they could match up as closely as they do.

 

That last pic shows that both blend in good. I wonder if the Silverstar Ultras does the trick cuz they are brighter. Not sure if you wanna get a better blend for your Rav4 with what u have now. I had the SilverStar Ultras for the low-beam and regular SilverStars for the fogs.

 

Any pics of the ultras? I wish I can do HID for the low beams, but the Rav4 has the H3 bulbs. They double as DRL & High beams, so I am stuck with halogen low beams.
