Default Installing Daytime Running Lights

Since I imported my SC from the states to Canada, this has to be done by law.
Can I do this with just adding a relay and wiring? Or should I just buy the DRL kit?

i would just buy a kit. i would hope the kit has the proper relays and fuses to protect your current harness.

for the SC, i don't think you'd have to worry about frying your wire harness. since i'm assuming it's the 92-00 SC's, the DRL's are just the high beams at half power, so maybe just find a way to have it run at half power and to be on at ignition.
