I found a HID kit at my local import store and they say they are straight from japan, now the kit cost 450 bucks and i was wondering how do i know these are not the FAKE aftermarket HID's????

 

Do you happen to know what brand they are? If you could take a pic of the box and/or the components, I'm sure we could tell you if it's a good brand or not. Also, what color are the HIDs? 4100-4300K? 6000K? 8000K?

 

I will take some pics with my digital camera if they let me and will also write down what it says on the box today, thanks
