I have seen a few companies advertising SC300 drop in HID retrofits using various projectors and HID kits from different German cars, etc. I'd like to hear feedback from people who have used these pre-made kits as to quality, durability, and general enthusiasm for the product. I know that most people prefer to do this sort of thing on their own, and that the real distinction and class is having something that is unique. I'm willing to sacrifice that in return for having a good set of HID headlights that I can install easily and be assured of their fitment/quality/durability.

Anyone care to weigh in? So far I've seen them at www.clearcorners.com (jesus, kill me on price!) and at http://www.illusion-lighting.com/

Anywhere else that could possibly be cheaper?

Do any well respected board members do retrofits for people on here? I'd be totally willing ot pay someone to do a retrofit for me, I just don't trust myself with something important like headlights.

Search the lighting forums and check out some of the retros Im sure you will be please I could name someone but that would be advertising so look at the threads and if you see something you like pm that person.
