Some vendors/sellers do not sell both Philips ballast and bulbs as a complete kit...Places like eBay for example, sell Philips HID ballasts but it does not come with matching genuine philips bulbs...Make sure who your dealing with is legit... Genuine Philips kits are priced around $400, anything under that price range is always questionable..I recommend Xenondepot also, their items are top notch!
I bought my Philips 6000K HID kit from XenonDepot and I GOT THE CHEESY BULBS, the ones whose brand name is..... just "6000K HID" and has a lot of Japanese looking characters They're not bad though, I just wish I would've gotten the legitimate ones, especially since I paid approximately $700 back when I purchased them in 2003. I thought I was getting a better product than CATZ HID... I was sooo wrong, and not only that, but for the same price I would've been able to get the Bi-Xenon kit from CATZ
XenonDepot has better prices now, so you should be OK.
