I bought my Philips 6000K HID kit from XenonDepot and I GOT THE CHEESY BULBS, the ones whose brand name is..... just "6000K HID" and has a lot of Japanese looking characters 
They're not bad though, I just wish I would've gotten the legitimate ones, especially since I paid approximately $700 back when I purchased them in 2003. I thought I was getting a better product than CATZ HID... I was sooo wrong, and not only that, but for the same price I would've been able to get the Bi-Xenon kit from CATZ 
XenonDepot has better prices now, so you should be OK.
