okay, lately its been really foggy in southern california, so i was getting to think what can i do to make my self more visable. well i got to thinking that the benz have kind of a tail light fog light that is used in europe because of teh same reason, most of the time, when the fogs are on the one bulb mostly on left side ( drivers side rear) is on high power, meaning as if you were pressing the break.
but your actualy not. its 1 out of 2 bulbs used for breaking. its mainly used for foggy roads when teh fog lights are on. so is there a way of doing this to the GS. maybe the inter light, or the top of the 98-2000 style tail lamps.!!!! i think there should be a way but just dont know how.....
if u wanted a permanent thing, you could get a double filament bulb which has the same base as the inner lights on ur gs and just do a slight bit of tweaking to it to make it light up both elements when you turn on your lights. It would be more complicated to do a switch but its do-able.

any advise would help
Yes that would be quite cool, my mom has a '06 E350 and I noticed it has both front and rear foglights, it's just that the rear foglights are the brakelights that will light up full-time. That would be a cool idea on Lexus vehicles.
