Question Wedge LED Bulb

Im shopping for LED bulbs for my SC300 and found out that warden_jp2002 is a recommeded seller for the such bulbs on these forums.

According to Sylvania, these are the bulb sizes that I need.

License plate
168

Map light
2040

Dome light
194
194LL Long Life Upgrade: Up to twice the life of the standard lamp

My question is that which bulb fits in those spots, since there are many sizes in 168/194. They come in 2, 6, 9, wide-angle, refractor, etc

yah...warden is cool...he is one of the guys I buy from...no need to bid on ebay....just shoot him an email.

Btw...168 and 194 are the same.....also, go for the higher LED count...its better to be too bright than too dim.

Well Im just worried that if it might not fit due to having too many LEDs on there. Also, are the wide angle or refractor ones good? Would it be better in places that needs the light to be scattered? What is the replacement for 2040?

The only way to find out is to buy a set...and try to fit them in.

Well....for bulb that are mounted horizontally, you would want the inverted or wide-angle bulbs...does that make sense?

2040? No idea.

What color did you put in there? Blue or Super White?

haha...funny stuff...

Have you guys heard of LED shaving? I forget which site I read, but you can shave the tips of the LED (if it's round) so that it will give a wider beam instead of a focused beam...

Here are the 194 bulbs that are available:

http://search.stores.ebay.com/search...sasel=70019414

Can some of u SC guys help me pick up bulbs that would provide the optimum brightness for each location? I dont want to order some bulbs that are too large to fit or requires a unconventional bulb such as inverted.
