Default LED parking lights

Hello all, i thought i would share my experience with you guys. I have tried a few LED in the parking lights, and some were ok, and then i found the perfect one. First i tried the 6 led straight out one, and while it looked better than the ugly stock incandesent bulb, it had a spot on the lense, and looked a bit..... violette in some angles. I couldnt deal with the spot or the violette so i tried some new ones, they have 4 radically mounted leds with a SMD pointing out, seemed like a winner so i bought two to check them out. WOW, they are AWSOME, they light up the WHOLE light housing and have an awsome match to headlights, it would be vertually perfect if i had HIDs. Anyway, enough tell, time to show. Sorry for the poor quality, but its what i have to work with.

The first one is with the flash on the camera, this is as close to what the colors look like for the parking lights, but the flash lights up my turn signals and headlights, oh well. Best color explination.

Second is without flash, but it makes the led look blue, trust me it is not, refer to the first pic for best color.

Rest are comparisons with headlights on.

I bought them from www.superbrightleds.com along with all the rest of the LED replacements along the car. In my opinion the best colored white LEDs from there is the one with the 4 vertically mounted leds with one going forward, and the one with 6 led's. Other than that in my opinion the rest have a viollette kinda look to them. Maybe not high enough mcd's

Color looks good, but if you look at the 2nd picture w/ light off, you will see the stock is brighter than 6 LED. 9 LED bulb is better.

While im sure you are right the 9 LED is brighter, brightness of my parking lights is not very important to me. Its just not on my priorities, but thats just me. For me, if you can see them and they are a nice color, it works for me. Even though your right the stock is brighter there is no way id put in those ugly things ever again, lol. I didnt even know they made 9 LED 194 type that had radically mounted leds. Good find, as long as there is no spot light effect its fine by me.

looks good The blueish light looks cool. I'd bet an M4 or M6 would look real good, and match even better.
