LS400 Light bulbs
Hello, could anyone tell me why the 1995 ls400 has 2 sets of high beams, (HB3 and H4 high/low)? Are they there so you can upgrade the H4 to HID with a HID kit and still have high beam functionality or do the HB3 compensates for the low beam area when the H4 goes into high beam mode? Thanks for any info.
let me start off by stating that i dont personally have an LS400, but taking an educated guess, one of those bulbs could be your daytime running lights. just something to think about iguess... what does your manual have to say to this?
Nope I didn't count the fog lights as high beam, the fog lights are similar type to the HB3 high beam. Starting from the parking lights, the fog lights are closest to the parking lights, then the H4 (low and high beam), then the HB3 (high beams these are farthest away from the parking lights closest to the grill). I looked up the manual and it does show HB3 as high beam. The fog lights are HB4.
