HID question for 99 GS

Hi,

My 99 GS400 has factory hids. Can I replace the bulbs with 8000k or do I have to go with a different balast, etc? I've got 8000k in my viper and I love them.

you can just put in 8000k d2r hid, it will work. but some people they put in new ballasts that put out more power to make the bulbs brighter.
