Has anyone replace their OEM HID bulb and have the light output in different color? I replaced my passenger bulb and the it looks greenish while the driver side is white. I checked with my Lexus tech and he said that the part # for the bulb is exactly the same for all 98-04 GS models.

Is this just because one is newer and one is older?

 

always the case. color of hid bulbs change over time. that's why when you replace bulbs, you do both

 

Yikes...at the price of 2 OEM HID bulbs, it's as much as an aftermarket kit.

well that's why most people got their replacement bulbs from ebay which makes sense to me to certain extend
